Hong Kong SAR

All orders: Free local shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 working days after dispatch.

All shipments are handled via SF Express for fast and reliable local service.

China, Macao SAR, Taiwan

Shipping Rates:

Orders HK$1.00 to HK$499.00: HK$100.00 delivery fee.

Orders HK$500.00 and above: Free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 working days after dispatch (depending on location and customs processing).

Shipments are handled via Speed Post (or equivalent international postal service) for secure global delivery.

Japan,  South Korea, Singapore, Thailand

Shipping Rates:

Orders HK$1.00 to HK$999.00 : HK$150.00 delivery fee.

Orders HK$1,000.00 and above: Free shipping.

 Estimated Delivery Time: 7-14 working days after dispatch (depending on location and customs processing).

Shipments are handled via Speed Post (or equivalent international postal service) for secure global delivery.

Rest of the World

Shipping Rates:

Orders HK$1.00 to HK$2,999.00: HK$250.00 delivery fee.

Orders HK$3,000.00 and above: Free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time: 14-28 working days after dispatch (depending on location, customs processing, and international transit times; may be longer for remote areas).

Dispatch and Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If there are any delays due to high demand, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Order Tracking and Updates

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment.

For international orders, tracking may be limited in some regions after the package leaves Hong Kong.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments (outside Hong Kong SAR), customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges.

These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.

Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions

We ship to most countries worldwide, but some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable.

If your location is not supported, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
